中证网讯（记者 王可）8月6日，经中介机构人士向中国证券报记者确认，上海市房管局8月6日召开工作通报沟通会，即日起上海各银行审核贷款金额以“三价就低”为原则，即银行将根据买卖合同价、交易中心核验价、银行评估价三个价格中，相对最低的价格审批贷款额度。
