中证网讯（记者 黄一灵）10月25日，证监会副主席方星海在2021年上交所国际投资者大会上表示，今年1至9月，境外投资者通过合格境外投资者、沪深股通等渠道累计净买入A股近2000亿元，其中，7至9月份净买入216亿元。截至2021年9月末，外资持有A股流通市值为3.53万亿元，占流通市值比重约4.8%。
