中证网讯（记者 黄一灵）10月25日，证监会副主席方星海在2021年上交所国际投资者大会上表示，截至目前，已有9家外商控股证券公司、3家外商独资基金公司、1家外商独资期货公司相继获批。此外，允许外资银行在华分行和子行申请证券投资基金托管业务资格，目前已核准3家外资银行在华子行的基金托管资格申请。今年7月，已有外资银行正式启动面向中国境内的基金托管业务。
