近日，一则“二房东卷款跑路”的消息引发热议。《每日经济新闻》记者调查发现，受骗者大多是望京地区的大型互联网公司员工，将近二百人因“房东”张某的失联而维权。陆续有租客遭遇上门清退，甚至有人凌晨被恐吓退房。
